up comes the rain leaving no tracks
it sifts through the soul of the earth
only to bring more fruitful birth
nurtures its consciousness
to escape the human menace
if only you could replace
make the world a better place
plant the seed of giving care
and watch it blossom into the air
it will spread and others will see
and begin to grow their own tree
the time is now for stopping the pain
without destruction there is much to gain
